Your happiness is of paramount importance. Unfortunately, due to the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order jewelry, returns are not accepted.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom Orders

Halcyon Jewelry does not accept returns nor provide refund on any custom-ordered pieces, which include invoices sent via PayPal, Venmo, or other money-transferring services. Please be sure of your commitment to your piece prior to purchasing. 

Ready-to-Ship

All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Each piece is well-represented through photographs and item descriptions. Please confirm your ring/bracelet size prior to purchasing.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not eligible for refunds. Gift cards may be applied to previously discussed custom orders and any product on the website.
